NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON ANNEXATION

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Governing Body of the City of Glen Rose, Texas in the city hall at 7:00 p.m. on November 8, 2004, for the purpose of concerning annexation into the city limits of the following described property.

That portion of a 12.41-acre tract recorded in Volume 129, Page 212 of Somervell County Real property not in the existing city limits. This property is located on Grand Street behind Heritage Park.

All interested citizens and property owners are hereby notified of their right to appear and be heard on the matter.
